Materials & Traceability:We have extensive experience in machining a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metals and plastics. A range of materials are held in stock to cater for our customer's requirements, minimizing lead times and ensuring reliable delivery all of materials are sourced from quality approved suppliers, from verified and vetted sources and with our Material control systems all parts can be traced from you through all production and sub contracted services back to the supplier or mill the raw material came from. Certificates of Conformity and mill certificates can also be provided on request
Stock Holding:
We can hold regular running items in stock for you to call off on either a regular delivery schedule or on a Just in Time basis using minimum stock level replacement or twin bin systems
Assembly:
In house assembly facilities for supplying completed products assembled and tested to your requirements. This can also include specific packaging requirements.
Metal Processing Service:
An extensive range of post-production process services can be arranged these include Heat Treatment, Plating, Anodizing, Painting as well as Testing and fault detection. All carried out by our network of monitored and vetted Approved Sub- Contractors
Manual Machining:
A range of manual turning, milling, drilling and tapping facilities also available for prototype and small order quantities.
Prototype and Sample Component Manufacture:
Our prototyping and sample service enables component design to be tested before production, eliminating expensive mistakes and delays.
Jig and Tool Making:
In house jig and tool making facilities ensure costs and lead times are kept to a minimum.
